Locale Italian Kitchen is an out-of-strip design built in a cooperative effort with Las Vegas food and drinks luminaires Andy Hooper and chef Nicole Brisson. Incidental to the legendary ristorante, Locale recalls the classic ambiance and serves several Brisson delicacies, like beef cheek ravioli and charred octopus and an Italian wine list. The ingredients are sourced responsibly in Brisson’s distinctive manner. Take the egg- rich tajarin, eggs of chrysanthemum grazing chickens and flaxseed that produce darkest high protein yolks, for example.

After 16 years, Mesa Grill has closed its doors to make place for the first Italian concept of restaurant chef Bobby Flay, Amalfi. The new café, which was opened late spring of 2021, conjures Italy with a menu of antipasti selections such as crispy soft-shell crab salads; homemade fresh and dry pasta; and entire fish from the seafood display that will be accompanied by a fishmonger. The delightful location, created by Olivia Jane Design & Interiors, offers unlimited spaces from the approximately 50-foot bar to the 40-seater lounge, main dining area, high ceilings, wide wine display and an open kitchen view.
